Who are we looking for?

When recruiting, KiwiStar Optics looks for the following qualities:

• Enthusiastic about optics and related technologies
• Previous large optics manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with both optical design software (ZEMAX, OSLO), and algebraic software (Mathematica, Maple)
• Track record of innovation
